There are two sets of deadlines for OCTAFest 2027:

By January 1, 2027:

• Complete the only entry information form with as much information as possible (Form T1). This form, even if not fully completed, will act as an Intent to Enter form.

• Send a non-refundable registration fee of $150 ($200 for non-OCTA members) to OCTA, P.O. Box 1406, McMinnville, OR 97128.  (A PayPal link will be provided soon.)

• Submit by December 1, 2026 and receive a $25 early bird discount.

 

By February 10, 2027: 

 

Submit the following online forms:

• Proof of performance rights payment of royalty for the festival performance (Form T2)

• Statements of Actor Eligibility (Form T3) for each actor. (These should be sent to OCTA by mail or electronically.)

• Technical information about your production (Form T4)

Note: Although Form T4 refers to “AACTFest” in its title, you may use it for the OCTAFest.  AACT will get the information to OCTA. You will need the following information for these forms:

• For Festival Chair Email, please enter david@oregoncta.org 

• For Region Number, please choose REGION IX

• The festival host is Oregon Community Theatre Alliance

• The festival host address is P.O. Box 1406, McMinnville, OR 97128

• Four hard copies of the play with any cuts clearly indicated. (These are for the adjudicators to prepare for the festival.) These should be sent to David Gross, 1482 Lilac Circle, Ashland, OR 97520.
